Education Services At Free Spirit Interfaith Church, spiritual education and growth play and integral part of the Church’s growth and success. Our youth learn basic fundamental Christian values. Here is a small sample of the information several of our children have been learning: · Reciting the Lord’s Prayer and several other prayers · Explaining why it is good to pray on a regular basis · Telling stories from the Old Testament · Telling stories from the New Testament · Displaying the order of special biblical events · Listing and explaining why people go to church of Sundays · Describing and Explaining the Trinity · Explaining why God’s son came to Earth · The importance of Easter and Christmas (how other cultures/religions celebrate) · The Stations of the Cross · Liturgy through music In addition to learning during our Sunday classes, the children have also participated in spiritual presentations including a several plays and a puppet show to depict the birth of Christ and other spiritual events. They have also participated in several choral concerts during special events and Sunday services.
